About the Opportunity

This boutique firm has built a stellar reputation for navigating complex, large-scale projects that require a sophisticated understanding of the Victorian building legislative framework.

Due to a strong and diverse commercial pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join their expert team. This is a rare opportunity to focus on quality-led consultancy for landmark Class 2–9 developments.

The Role

In this role, you will be a key technical advisor across a broad portfolio of commercial, retail, industrial and multi-residential projects.You will work as a collaborative partner to Tier-1 developers and leading architects, ensuring that innovative designs meet regulatory standards without losing their creative edge.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing expert regulatory advice during the design and master-planning phases.

• Assessing building permit applications for diverse Class 2-9 structures.

• Conducting site audits and inspections to ensure alignment with the NCC and Victorian Regulations.
